STRESZCZENIE

Torbiel zastoinowa ślinianki podjęzykowej (łac. ranula) jest rzadkim zjawiskiem polegającym na retencji śliny w miąższu ślinianki lub w przewodzie wyprowadzającym. W pracy opisano chirurgiczne leczenie 21-letniej pacjentki z ranulą o typie prostym. W prezentowanym przypadku wykonano plastyczne wgłobienie torbieli (marsupializację) do jamy ustnej właściwej. Zaprezentowano jeden ze sposobów leczenia, pozwalający w dużym stopniu uniknąć powikłań o charakterze nieodwracalnym.

SUMMARY

Retention cyst of the sublingual gland (lat. ranula) is a rare phenomenon consisting in the retention of saliva in the pulp of the salivary gland or in the leading our wire. The paper describes a treatment of a 21-years old patient with a sublingual gland of a primitive type. In the present case a plastic intussuception of the cyst was carried out into the proper oral cavity. One of the method of treatment was presents, permitting in a great manner to avoid complications of an irreparable character.
