STRESZCZENIE
Błędem jest twierdzenie, że w każdej sytuacji klinicznej można zastosować każdy rodzaj uzupełnienia protetycznego. Szczególnie w leczeniu implantologicznym – w zależności od liczby implantów, wieku pacjenta czy ilości kości – tylko jedno rozwiązanie jest tym właściwym. Aby je znaleźć, należy dokładnie rozważyć wszystkie możliwości i życzenia pacjenta. W artykule opisano przypadek pacjenta, u którego z uwagi na agresywne zapalenie przyzębia usunięto wszystkie zęby, a następnie wykonano rekonstrukcję protetyczną na implantach.

SUMMARY
It is wrong to say that any type of prosthetic restoration can be used in every clinical situation. Especially in implant treatment - depending on the number of implants, the patient's age or the amount of bone - only one solution is the right one. To find them, you must carefully consider all the patient's possibilities and wishes. The article describes the case of a patient who, due to aggressive periodontitis, had all his teeth extracted and then underwent prosthetic reconstruction on implants.
